Lösung 3: Comprehensive Copper-Aluminum Recycling Solution – From Standalone Machines to Full Production Lines

Leveraging years of technical accumulation in the solid waste shredding field, Wali offers full-process services ranging from standalone shredding machines to complete line solutions. This system primarily uses a twin-shaft shredder for initial shredding, followed by a hammer crusher for further crushing and compaction.

This process also cleans contaminants adhering to metal surfaces and liberates different metals from each other, facilitating subsequent sorting by other equipment.

Subsequently, a magnetic separator and an eddy current separator are used to separate ferrous metals and non-ferrous metals, respectively.
