II. Plastic Recycling Line – Leading Technology, Outstanding Efficiency

1. Single Shaft Shredder
Plastic is fed via a belt conveyor into the single-shaft shredder for primary crushing.

2. Granulator
The shredded material is transported via another belt conveyor to the granulator to achieve the desired particle size.

3. Cyclone Collector
The finely crushed material is pneumatically conveyed into a cyclone collector, where it is temporarily stored in a collection bin, providing uniform feedstock for subsequent industrial processes.

The recycled plastic pellets can be used to manufacture new plastic products,
