The WALI Waste Tyre Recycling System is a highly efficient crushing solution customized based on the actual needs of customers, offering diversified crushing processing technologies.

I. Primary Shredding Stage
Tires are fed via conveyor belt into dual-shaft shredder for initial crushing
Processed material enters star screen classifier for size separation

II. Star Disk Sieve Closed-loop Refining System
Oversized fragments (screen rejects) automatically return for secondary shredding
Classified material proceeds to steel wire separator for metal extraction

III. Precision Separation Process
Magnetic separation removes bulk steel contaminants

IV. Vibrating feeder performs particle size classification:
Oversized particles recirculate for reprocessing
Qualified material undergoes final magnetic purification

V. Advanced Material Recovery
Cyclone collector captures nylon fiber contaminants
