Wali Equipment’s textile recycling system has recently been officially put into operation in Cambodia. The project innovatively adopts a dual production line parallel operation mode, achieving a breakthrough improvement in the processing efficiency of industrial-grade waste textiles.

As an industrial textile waste-to-fuel project procured by the Cambodian government, this system has a single-line design processing capacity of 5–20 tons/hour, achieving 40% energy savings compared to traditional single-line configurations. The pure shredded material produced lays the foundation for subsequent SRF/RDF fuel production.

WALI Industrial Waste Recycling System

· Process

1. WLP Dual-Shaft Shredder – Features high torque and low speed for energy efficiency, performing pre-shredding of materials.

2. Magnetic Separator – Used to screen ferrous metals. This equipment effectively separates iron materials mixed within the shredded waste.

3. DX Single-Shaft Shredder – Used for secondary shredding to reduce material size and achieve the ideal output granularity.

Textile materials undergo secondary shredding via the dual-shaft and single-shaft shredders, followed by iron metal separation through the magnetic separator, resulting in pure fabric fragments.

It is worth mentioning that the WLDX series single-shaft shredder used in this Cambodia project is a core equipment entirely independently developed by our company with proprietary intellectual property rights. As a large industrial-grade waste processing equipment, this model offers the following significant technical advantages:

The system primarily shreds high-calorific-value industrial waste such as fabrics and plastics, enabling more precise subsequent sorting and laying the foundation for producing SRF alternative fuels or RDF fuel pellets. Beyond the aforementioned process, we also support adjusting the process flow based on end requirements—for example, adding a baler to produce SRF alternative fuels or incorporating an RDF molding machine to obtain RDF fuel pellets.
